We started with a photo session capturing the emptiness of the Dutch countryside. One of these pictures, Boy on Bench (see photo to the right), became the inspiration for the video backdrop of the show. This backdrop filled the whole back wall of the theatre and created a nice complementing atmosphere to Roberts refined songs.
After the show was over i reworked the backdrop into a videoclip for the song Alleen in Dromen (Alone in Dreams).
The backdrop and video could be seen as my reaction to MTV clip culture and modern day parkinson VJ's.
